Orders & Payments

Simply browse our collection, select your preferred fragrance, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. All payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways.

Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and partner with trusted payment providers. Your card information is never stored on our servers.

Order modifications or cancellations can be requested within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Locations: 4–8 business days

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use it to monitor your shipment in real time.

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—keep an eye on our website for updates.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

Due to the personal nature of fragrances, opened and used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Products & Fragrances

Yes. Our fragrances are crafted with high-quality concentrates designed for excellent longevity and projection. Wear time may vary based on skin type, climate, and application method.

Yes, all Ollfactory fragrances are cruelty-free. We never test our products on animals at any stage of development.

Store your fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature changes. This helps preserve the scent's integrity and longevity.

We're working on introducing sample sets and discovery kits. Until then, our detailed fragrance notes and descriptions are designed to help you choose your perfect scent.

Product images are representative and crafted to reflect the actual product as closely as possible. Minor variations in color or finish may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders easily, save addresses, and access exclusive offers.
