Claim Window

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received after this window cannot be processed.

  • Customers may be asked to provide photographs of the product and packaging.
  • A clear description of the issue helps us resolve your claim faster.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your provider.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
  • Return shipping costs, when applicable, will be covered by Ollfactory in case of our error.
